Rapid Logistics Services Mgt., Inc. is a family-owned and operated freight brokerage based in Florida. Founded in 2015, our company was built on more than two decades of transportation industry experience and a simple idea: provide customers with fast, reliable transportation and personal service they can count on.

After more than 20 years in the transportation industry, Mack Dubose decided it was time to build something of his own.

The opportunity came in an unexpected way. A driver Mack had worked with for years was looking for a new opportunity, so Mack and his brother purchased a truck and started their own operation.

When Mack made the move to start his own company, something important happened—the customers he had built relationships with over the years followed him.

Those relationships became the foundation for Rapid Logistics.

What started with a truck and a handful of long-term customers has grown into a transportation and freight brokerage operation serving customers throughout the 48 contiguous United States.

Our brokerage specializes in open-deck transportation, including flatbed and step-deck freight, but our capabilities go far beyond open-deck equipment.

We can help coordinate a wide range of transportation needs, including:

Rapid Logistics currently works with a network of 5,200+ carriers, with that network continuing to grow.

This gives our team access to transportation capacity across a wide range of equipment types and geographic areas, helping us respond quickly when customers need transportation.

Mack and his wife, Misty, have built the company together while raising their family. Misty plays an important role in the business, handling accounts payable and billing, while Mack remains involved in the transportation side of the operation.

Their daughter, Jacqueline, is also part of the business and helps manage the company's day-to-day operations.

For our family, transportation has become a way of life. Even family vacations have occasionally included a little work along the way.

We're a hard-working family, and that same work ethic carries into how we serve our customers. When a problem comes up, we don't believe in waiting around to see if it fixes itself. We act quickly, communicate with the people involved, and work toward a solution.

As we've grown, one thing has remained the same: relationships matter.

Many of the relationships that helped build Rapid Logistics in the beginning continue to influence how we operate today. We want our customers and transportation partners to know that when they call Rapid Logistics, they're talking to people who care about getting the job done.
